Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to teach powerful yogic breathing practices through which the breath of participants becomes naturally deep, slow, and long. Most people breathe fast and shallow, and such incorrect breathing patterns are a major cause of illnesses and diseases.
This program focuses on correcting the breathing pattern at its root. By practicing the techniques taught in this program, participants restore the natural rhythm of breath, improve the flow of prana (life force energy), and experience significant improvement in physical, mental, and emotional health.
When breath becomes conscious, life becomes balanced.
