Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to empower participants with the understanding and tools required to overcome addictions and reverse unwanted habits. By learning how habits and addictions are formed in the brain, participants gain the ability to consciously dissolve these patterns and regain control over their behaviour and choices.
Awareness, right methods, and inner discipline make freedom from addiction possible.
