Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to introduce participants to simple yet powerful mind and body relaxation meditations. These practices are designed to be continued daily even after the program completion, helping participants maintain a calm, relaxed, comfortable, joyful, and happy state of being.
This program also serves as a gentle beginning of one’s spiritual journey, creating inner awareness, balance, and harmony through regular meditation practice.
A calm mind and relaxed body are the first steps toward inner peace and spiritual growth.
