Program Purpose

The primary purpose of this program is to ensure excellent mental, physical, and emotional health of both the mother and the child. The thoughts, feelings, and emotions of an expectant mother directly influence the mental, emotional, and physical development of the baby in the womb. Hence, it is essential for mothers to remain in a positive, calm, and balanced state throughout pregnancy.

This program supports expectant mothers in enhancing their life force energy and maintaining pleasant emotions during pregnancy, making the journey smooth, joyful, and fulfilling while providing profound health benefits to the growing baby.

The program also introduces mothers to the basics of effective parenting, enabling them to provide nurturing and conscious upbringing after birth. Additionally, it empowers mothers to create a tejasvi and powerful child right from the womb, recognizing that a child’s personality begins forming before birth—just as illustrated in the story of Abhimanyu.

Program Inclusions

  • Ancient yogic meditations and practices to nurture a tejasvi and powerful baby in the womb.
  • Powerful breathing exercises to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Basics of effective parenting for newborns and infants.
