Program Purpose

The purpose of this program is to teach simple yet powerful mind and body relaxation meditations and breathing exercises to children and teenagers, enabling them to cope effectively with academic pressure and daily challenges.

The program also aims to develop a clear understanding of the right way of living life, helping participants remain mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy while building a strong foundation for a successful and balanced future.
